Mr. Witt is a past member of the National Policy Council of the Urban Land Institute. He is an Eagle Scout and was recently Vice President of the Executive Committee in the Mt. Diablo Silverado Council of the Boy Scouts of America. He is a recipient of the Silver Beaver Award for Boy Scouts of America and has co-chaired a number of charitable and political fund-raising events, such as Make-A-Wish and Children's Hospital. He holds a State of California and Nevada Real Estate Broker’s license, as well as General Contractor licenses in both California and Nevada.

Mr. Witt earned his Bachelor of Science Degree from University of Southern California in 1977.
 

  
Paul P. Lee is Chief Investment Officer at SWD Advisors, LLC. Mr. Lee is also the Chief Financial Officer of Silverwing Development, where he is primarily responsible for all debt/equity relationships for SWD’s various developments, with secondary responsibility for sourcing new development opportunities. Prior to joining Silverwing Development, Mr. Lee was a principal and Managing Director of Sonnenblick-Goldman Company where he headed its West Coast operations. His responsibilities included originating, marketing, and placement of equity and debt transactions for the Western United States. In addition to a broad base of domestic institutional clients, Mr. Lee advises an increasing number of offshore clients with acquisition, disposition, and capitalization of income producing properties in the United States. With more than 20 years of real estate investment banking experience, Mr. Lee has acted as an advisor and principal in the acquisition of more than $1.7 billion of commercial real estate for institutional, developer, and corporate clients. Previously, Mr. Lee was with Eastdil Realty, Inc., where he was responsible for direct real estate sales and acquisition for the West Coast markets on behalf of institutional and pension fund clients such as California State Teachers Retirement System. Prior to Eastdil, Mr. Lee was an architect with Skidmore Owings & Merrill, and a banker with Citicorp.

Mr. Lee’s professional affiliations include membership in Urban Land Institute, the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Bay Area Mortgage Association, and Lambda Alpha. Mr. Lee is a licensed Real Estate Broker in California and Oregon.

Mr. Lee graduated magna cum laude from the Cooper Union School of Architecture in New York City and received his M.B.A. in finance and management from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton Graduate School of Business.
